Arc Culinary’s state-of-the-art Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen presents “New Orleans Cajun Night” as part of the Chef Experience Dinner series sponsored by Amazon on Thursday, February 27 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating and include gratuity and alcoholic beverages. Proceeds from ticket sales support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential.
