Join Emily and Sophie from ASE Bakes for an in-person workshop where you will mix, knead, and proof your own delicious sourdough bread to take home and bake. Each registrant will leave with their own sourdough starter, dough scraper and a loaf of bread to bake at home. Care and feeding of your starter, instructions and recipes to use "discard" will also be included, with samples to enjoy during class. This class is appropriate for new and experienced bakers.
